Messages of Thanks
"Dear Delma, I just wanted to write & say it was lovely to see '2nd Rugeley Group' today, its really good to know you are all good & strong in number. I felt so proud for you all at the war memorial, the young people looked so smart and were very well behaved. Congratulations to you all, and keep up the good work. Please pass on my regards & best wishes to everyone, a lovely service, parade and a truly lovely day for it. With love and 'still' in scouting, Ann Windsor x"
"My son Joel currently attends Cubs on Tuesday nights. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, Joel will be unable to attend for the foreseeable future, which is a shame as he does enjoy the meetings, camps etc. I would like to pass on my thanks to all the Cub and Beaver leaders who have all been fantastic with Joel throughout his time with them. They have shown him nothing but encouragement and support, and treated him as they would any other member, regardless of his condition. I am hoping the situation improves with time and Joel may be able to return to the group in future. I sincerely hope that there will be another young man who will be able to fill his place and benefit from the activities and skills that Cubs brings. I would once again like to thank you for giving Joel this opportunity and making him so welcome in both the Beaver and Cub groups. Kind Regards, Helena Marsh (Joel's Mum)"
